License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and delivery of a license key, Keynero grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software product associated with that key, subject to the following conditions:

• The license is for use by you (the purchaser) only.
• The license covers the number of devices specified on the product page (typically 1 device).
• The license is for the specific software edition and version purchased.
• The license is perpetual - there are no recurring subscription fees.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the license key to any third party.
• Share the license key publicly or in any forum, marketplace, or website.
• Use the software on more devices than the license permits.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices in the software.

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license without refund and may result in legal action.

3. Ownership

The software remains the intellectual property of Microsoft Corporation. Purchasing a license key gives you the right to use the software under Microsoft's terms - it does not transfer ownership of the software to you. Keynero is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Microsoft. The Keynero platform, its design, and content are owned by Keynero.

4. Activation & Use

To use the software, you must activate the license key with Microsoft's activation servers. Please note:

• Activation requires an internet connection at the time of setup.
• Each license key may only be activated on the permitted number of devices.
• Reinstalling the software on the same device using the same key is generally permitted.
• Moving the license to a new device may or may not be permitted depending on the license type - check the product description.
• Keynero is not responsible for activation failures caused by Microsoft's servers or policy changes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Keynero provides license keys "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the software's functionality, suitability for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. The software's functionality is governed by Microsoft and may change due to updates or policy changes outside Keynero's control. Keynero's sole obligation in the event of a defective key is to provide a replacement, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Keynero operates.
