This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Keynero. By purchasing from Keynero, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated in this Policy.

1. Digital Goods — 30-Day Refund Guarantee

All products sold by Keynero are digital license keys delivered electronically. We stand behind our products with a 30-day refund guarantee. If your license key is confirmed non-functional due to a verified technical fault, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Outside of this guarantee, all sales are final.

2. Non-Refundable Situations (No Exceptions)

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for the following reasons:

2.1 Customer Errors

Purchasing the wrong product, wrong version, or wrong edition. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility and product details before purchase.

2.2 System or Device Issues

Refunds will not be issued if your device does not meet the minimum system requirements, is incompatible, or has existing software conflicts. Please verify system requirements before purchasing.

2.3 Delivery & Email Issues

License keys delivered to the email address provided at checkout are considered delivered. Keynero is not responsible for emails filtered to spam or incorrect email addresses entered by the customer.

2.4 Regional Restrictions

If a product is not available or functional in your region due to geographic licensing restrictions, no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for verifying regional availability before purchasing.

2.5 Installation or User-Based Errors

Issues arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow provided activation instructions are not grounds for a refund.

3. How to Qualify for a Refund (Within 30 Days)

A refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase only if all of the following conditions are simultaneously met:

3.1 Remote Activation Support

The customer must allow Keynero support to attempt remote activation via an approved remote session tool. Refusal to participate voids any refund claim.

3.2 System Requirements Met

The customer's system must meet all minimum hardware and software requirements for the purchased product.

3.3 Activation Must Be Technically Impossible

The license key must be confirmed non-functional due to a verified technical fault with the key itself - not due to user error, system issues, or regional restrictions.

3.4 Verified by Keynero

All conditions above must be independently verified and confirmed by Keynero support. Self-reporting alone is not sufficient.

In most cases, Keynero will offer a replacement key before issuing any refund. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

4. Replacements Instead of Refunds

Where a license key is confirmed defective by our support team, Keynero will first attempt to provide a replacement key. Refunds are only considered if a valid replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

License keys are delivered by email after order verification by our team. Delivery times may vary. If you have not received your license key within 24 hours of payment confirmation, please contact us at support@keynero.com before assuming non-delivery.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Keynero support is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban the associated account and email address from future purchases.
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant fraud prevention services.
  • Contest any chargeback with evidence of delivery and product access.

7. System Requirements & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their system meets the requirements for the purchased software before completing a purchase. System requirement information is available on each product page.

8. Region Restrictions

Some software products may be subject to regional licensing restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product is available and functional in their country or region before purchasing.
