By accessing Keynero or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Licenses

All products sold by Keynero are genuine digital software license keys. These are perpetual licenses - you pay once and own the license indefinitely.

• Licenses are for personal or business use on the number of devices specified per product.
• Licenses may not be resold, transferred, or shared with third parties.
• Keynero is an independent reseller. Software functionality and compatibility are governed by the software publisher (Microsoft).
• Product descriptions, screenshots, and system requirements are provided for informational purposes.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely through our certified payment processor.

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• Keynero reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
• Promo codes are single-use, non-transferable, and subject to expiry and conditions.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Delivery

License keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout after order verification by our team. Delivery times may vary. Keynero is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or email provider issues. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access order history and manage your purchases. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity occurring under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Keynero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to resell, redistribute, or share purchased license keys.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information during checkout.
• File fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keynero shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
• Data loss, system damage, or business interruption.
• Issues arising from the software publisher's (Microsoft's) updates, policy changes, or activation servers.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

All content on Keynero - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Keynero or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Microsoft, Office, and related product names are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Keynero is not affiliated with Microsoft. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Keynero reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
