Keynero sells digital products only — software license keys delivered by email. There is no physical shipping. This policy explains how and when you will receive your order.

1. Delivery Method
All products sold on Keynero are digital license keys. After a successful payment, your license key is delivered electronically to the email address you provided at checkout. No physical product is shipped.
- License key sent to your email address
- Order confirmation sent separately with purchase details
- Key can also be viewed in your Keynero account under order history
2. Delivery Time
Orders are processed and delivered automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. In most cases, you will receive your license key email within 1–5 minutes of completing checkout.
If you have not received your email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
3. Delivery Cost
All digital deliveries are completely free. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, or additional charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.
4. Delivery Failures
If you do not receive your license key email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The email was filtered into your spam or junk folder — please check there first
- The email address entered at checkout contained a typo
- Our email was blocked by your email provider — contact us and we will resend or provide the key via your account
5. Geographic Availability
We deliver to customers worldwide. Digital license keys are not subject to geographic shipping restrictions. However, please ensure the software product you purchase is compatible with your region, as some Microsoft Office editions are region-specific.
