This Payment Policy outlines how Keynero handles payments, the methods we accept, and how we protect your financial information. All transactions are processed securely through our certified payment processor.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
All payments are processed in real time. We do not accept bank transfers, checks, or cryptocurrency at this time.
2. Payment Security
Keynero uses a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor to handle all transactions. This means:
- Your card details are never stored on Keynero's servers.
- All payment data is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS) during transmission.
- Payment information is tokenized for your security.
- 3D Secure authentication may be required by your bank for additional verification.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed as follows:
- You complete checkout and payment is authorized by your card issuer.
- Payment is confirmed and your order is queued for fulfillment.
- Our team reviews and verifies your order.
- Once verified, your license key is delivered to your email.
Payment is charged immediately upon order completion. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.
4. Currencies & Pricing
Prices on Keynero are displayed in your selected currency. We support multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, and more. You can switch currency using the selector in the header.
- Prices are converted using live exchange rates and may fluctuate slightly.
- Your card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee if your card currency differs from the charge currency.
- All prices include any applicable taxes where required by law.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, possible reasons include:
- Insufficient funds on your card.
- Card declined by your bank (contact your bank for details).
- Incorrect card details entered.
- 3D Secure authentication was not completed.
No charge is applied for failed payments. Please retry with a different payment method or contact us at support@keynero.com.
6. Fraud Prevention
Keynero uses automated fraud detection tools. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for manual review or cancelled. In such cases, you will be notified by email and any charge will be refunded. Chargebacks filed fraudulently may result in account suspension.
